I have successfully represented a young man brain injured by a three wheel ATV, a Spotsylvania boy killed by a three wheel ATV, a boy who was paralyzed when his four wheel ATV flipped over on him and a Pennsylvania boy killed by a three wheel ATV. All terrain vehicles are dangerous and should not be ridden by children or young people. When an ATV overturns, the machines which typically weigh more than 1,000 pounds, may crush the rider causing a brain injury or a spinal cord injury which leaves the rider paralyzed or it may cause death.
